How long does my order take to arrive?

We prepare the order within 1-2 business days, and shipping takes between 2 and 4 weeks, as most of our items are shipped from our suppliers' warehouses outside the European Union. Never more than 30 calendar days from confirmation.

How much does shipping cost?

€6.99 to Spain, free for orders over €69. €8.99 to the rest of the European Union. Currently, we only ship within the EU.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 30 calendar days from receipt, without needing to justify the reason. Please refer to our returns policy.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Please write to us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will cover the costs and resend the item or issue a refund.

Do the lamps include light bulbs?

It depends on the model. Items with integrated LED do not require one; those with an E27 socket or other lamp holder are indicated on each product's description.

What is their warranty?

The legal conformity guarantee that applies to any purchase from a seller in Spain.
