You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it, without needing to justify the reason.

How to return a product, step by step

1. Contact us. Write to us from the contact page with your order number and what you want to return.
2. Receive instructions. We will confirm the return address and how to send it.
3. Prepare the product. Unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories.
4. Send it. Keep proof of shipment until we confirm receipt.
5. We review it. We check that it arrives in the agreed conditions.
6. We refund your money. Within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used.

Who pays for the return

If you return the product because you have changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is at your expense. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered, we will pay for it.

Damaged or incorrect products

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the product and packaging. We will reship the item or refund the full amount, as you prefer.
