Shipping Zones and Rates

Spain: €6.99 — free shipping on orders over €69
Rest of the European Union: €8.99

Currently, we only ship within the European Union. If your address is outside, the order cannot be completed.

Delivery Time

We prepare your order in 1-2 business days. From then on, shipping takes between 2 and 4 weeks: most of our items are shipped from our suppliers' warehouses outside the European Union, and this journey includes customs clearance.

In no case will we exceed 30 calendar days from the order confirmation. If for any reason we cannot fulfill this, we will notify you and you can cancel with a full refund.

We prefer to be clear before you buy: we are not a 24-hour delivery store.

Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to check its status at any time. If you have not received this email within 5 business days of confirmation, please contact us.

If there is a delay or issue

If your order is delayed more than indicated, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us and we will resolve it at no additional cost to you: reshipment or refund, whichever you prefer.
